Michael Breskin is the Founder of 144 Property Group LLC.  He formed the company in 2019 to focus on value investments in growing and mature markets throughout the United States. During his career, Michael has been involved in opportunistic and value-added investments throughout the country. Prior to forming 144 Property Group, Michael was a Principal at Abingdon Square Partners for seven years. At the company he focused on project management, new acquisitions, and raising equity. Michael holds a BA from Colgate University. Michael has been a guest speaker at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He has completed the New York City Marathon twice and the New York City Triathlon to raise funds for Memorial Sloan Kettering. 

Steve Breskin has had three different careers in his life. Steve has been an Actuary, Psychoanalyst, and Real Estate Developer. For the last 40 years, Steve has been in the Real Estate business. Steve is a founding member of 144 Property Group LLC and a former founding member of Atkins & Breskin LLC. He has been involved in the early development of the East Village, East and West Harlem, and emerging areas of Brooklyn (Bushwick, East Flatbush, Lefferts Garden) and South Beach, Florida. Steve holds both a Ph.D. and an MS from City University in NY and a BA in mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Troy, NY and a certificate in psychoanalysis from The William Alanson White Institute.
